When I first launched Nighthawk Software I looked at all the various CMS systems available - and I hated every single one of them. Most were just too bloated - I didnt want to enter all that information for every client. Others were just far too expensive - I didnt want to be paying that much every month.
So I wrote my own system.
By doing so I could create a system that worked the way *I* wanted to work, and not the way they forced me to work.
We've also been approached by a number of companies over the years, and in most cases it's been to help with customer management. Every business is different in this regard, and the amount of information needed up front varies vastly.
