As a small business owner myself, I've tried most of the solutions out there. I've tried numerous CMS systems, almost every Job tracking system, and countless social media tracking services. I've hated almost every one of them.

The problem with developing an off the shelf solution is it needs to appeal to as many customers as possible - this means packing it with as many features as possible. This leads to a proeuct that is slow and bloated - you probably only use a fraction of the functions, and often find most of them too confusing for what you need.

This is why I believe strongly in using bespoke software. With a bespoke system, we can sit down with you and design a product that works EXACTLY for your needs. No extra bloat. No settings and configuration. Just interfaces that flow nicely, and are structured the way you want to work.
